We want you to be satisfied with Demure AI. However, due to the nature of digital computational resources, we have strict refund rules.

System Failures

If a technical error on our side causes a job to fail and credits are deducted, we will issue a full refund of those credits to your account balance.

Subscription fees and successfully consumed credits for completed or user-cancelled jobs are generally non-refundable.
