Credits are the currency of Demure AI. They are used to pay for the computational power required to run our models.
Do my credits expire?
Starter credits reset monthly. Pro and Team credits rollover for up to 3 months.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds for system failures. Please contact support if your job was interrupted and credits were deducted.
How do I top up?
You can add credits instantly through the 'Billing' section in your account settings.
